AIVN360 helps organisations change how they work with AI, data and digital technology. We bring systems thinking, engineering rigour and a practical understanding of how AI really behaves.
Why we exist
AI is changing how organisations work, faster than most can absorb. Many are left with scattered experiments, tools that don't fit, and no clear rules. We believe the answer is not more tools, but better systems: AI designed around how an organisation really works, connected to its data, governed with care, and owned by its people.
That is the work we do, from strategy and governance to the software itself.
Who we are
AIVN360 was founded by Vietnamese and Australian engineers who are passionate about technology and bring deep technical expertise.
Our backgrounds span structural and infrastructure engineering, construction, BIM, big data, machine learning and generative AI. We have worked on real projects as designers, modellers and advisers, and we have built the software we wished we had along the way.
That mix lets us talk to an engineer, a project director and a data team in their own terms, and build something that works for all three.

What we share
We publish code and learning material openly where we can. Our Learning library offers Vietnamese-language audio discussions on AI systems and engineering practice, and our GitHub shows how we build.
