Knowledge assistant
An admissions assistant that shows its sources
Every admissions season, applicants ask the same questions about entry methods, cut-off scores and fees. This assistant answers them from the University of Transport Technology's own published notices, in Vietnamese, and links each answer to its source.

- 130approved answers in the 2026 question bank
- 19official UTT sources behind them, each stored with its address
- 1rule above the rest: no source, no claim
The problem
Applicants and parents want quick, exact answers. Admissions staff cannot answer every message, and a general chatbot that sounds confident but invents a scholarship does more harm than no answer at all.
What the assistant does
It looks first for an answer the admissions team has already approved. If there isn't one, it searches the published question bank and composes an answer from it. When the evidence isn't enough, it says plainly that the information hasn't been confirmed.
In the example above, an applicant has 23 points and a budget of 20 million dong a year. The assistant works out a fee of 23.8 million a year from the official notice, points out the 3.8 million gap, and declines to promise a scholarship that no source mentions.
Run by the admissions team
Staff edit and publish the approved answers themselves in an admin page. Every answer is versioned and must carry the address of an official source before it can go live.
